Some stuff about Gustav:
- still loves his feet
- still loves to suck on his fingers and sometimes his entire fist
- in person he looks like me but he looks like Gabe in photos
- he adores my coworker Charlie
- he loves pureed carrots, sweet potatoes, apples, b-a-n-a-n-a-s (can't say it without Gabe going all Gwen Stefani)
- he's a great sleeper at night (7:30pm to 6:30am) but inconsistent during the day
- he's very vocal when he's hungry or tired; he'll fuss and fuss until he gets what he wants and then he's very smiley
- his grip is very strong
- he's very social and likes being held by anyone (when he's not hungry or tired!)
- he does pretty well at parties and social gatherings (as long as we feed him first and time our exit appropriately) - in February he went to the AFF's sponsorship dinner party, the Superbowl party, the Independent Awards party, the Oscars party
- he's thankfully gotten the skinny gene because no matter how much we feed him, he's still pretty lean
- he loves, loves, loves books - he can even turn the page for daddy!
- he can sit up unassisted for a few moments and then he topples over
- he's really good about rolling from back to front (he only sleeps on his tummy) but he's still not very good about rolling from front to back
- he's mesmerized by the cats but they don't really like him
- we still can't get him to smile for the camera, but he does smile a lot
