We are not the most traditional people so there were no Easter outfits, church, or even a surprise Easter basket. Yes, we are horrible parents.
However, we did take him to the Botanical Garden on Saturday for some natural egg dyeing (think tumeric, beet, saffron, blueberries) followed by an egg hunt at the neighbors' house. On Sunday Gabe and Gustav made breakfast and then we visited the Atlanta History Museum.
So we didn't celebrate Easter in the traditional way but we did spend it together as a family.
