We've been dragging our feet with the potty training. On the weekend we have been keeping him pull-up free and that seems to work well. He will usually go to the potty for #1 but always for #2. It's when he have him in a pull-up or underwear that it falls apart.
Our new approach has been to offer treats for keeping his pull-up/underwear dry. This seems to be working well. He's been waking up from naps/bedtime with a dry pull-up. And he's doing great at school!
The only problem is my and Gabe's consistency. We sometimes forget to take him to the potty and that's when he has an accident. I guess we are relying too much on him to tell us and when he's playing he forgets.
